DELIVERY.

UK.

Our standard deliveries are 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For.

This service offers proof of delivery and up to £50 compensation should the item be lost. We do not take any responsibility for the item once it's dispatched.  

Orders are expected to get to you within 3-5 working days of your order being despatched. We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days from the order date. If you require an item quicker than this then please email hello@manifesthommes.com once you've completed your order. 

Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. As we use a signed for service, please choose an address with persons present during the day. 

If the customer chooses to have their order shipped to a shared address such as a business or university, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is signed for by the customer.

If this is signed for a third party or another name/person at the delivery address, it is up to the customer to investigate. As per our couriers’ policy we cannot claim for an item that has been signed for at the delivery address.

EU/REST OF WORLD.

Please understand that there may be some delays due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in certain countries and that we are trying our hardest to make sure all orders arrive promptly.

We post all International Deliveries via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. It can take up to 48 hours to process and prepare an item for international delivery.

Please note that International orders will take up to 5-10 working days, however items can be held up at customs for an additional 7-14 days.

Please note all of our packaging is eco and therefore can be recycled, the box material through to the ink in the stamp. Please respect the efforts of this by keeping the box for your jewellery storage or if you have to please recycle the packaging.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES.

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

RETURNS.

You may only make a return within 14 days of purchase.

Please send all items back to us using a tracked service. Any items sent untracked are at risk of being lost and we cannot accept responsibility in these cases. Shipping costs will not be refunded when products returned for refund.

UK CUSTOMERS.

If for any reason you want to send back any products you have purchased, then please email us at hello@manifesthommes.com. We will then send you the address for the return. 

You are responsible for postage costs for all returns unless agreed otherwise. 

INTERNATIONAL & EU CUSTOMERS.

If for any reason you want to send back any products you have purchased, then please email us at hello@manifesthommes.com. We will then send you the address for the return. 

Should you choose to send an item back using a tracked service, this must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note any loses within the courier network are liable to the customer. Any parcels that are lost on the way to us, we cannot refund.

Products must be in perfect condition when returned.

EXCHANGES.

You may only make an exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. The subsequent exchange item will be returned to you free of charge.

Should you choose to send an item back using a tracked service, this must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at hello@manifesthommes.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card or Paypal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds onto Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
