PURCHASING.

By placing an order with us you acknowledge having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at hello@manifesthommes.com before placing your order to discuss.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

Please check your spam mailbox for confirmation emails, sometimes they take the wrong turn and end up in there!

We recommend that customers have their orders shipped to an address that they trust or have sole access to. In situations where the item has been signed for but the customer has not received the item, it is the customer's responsibility to find the item, not Manifest.hommes. We will not replace items that have been lost or stolen upon delivery.

In a situation where the tracking number is showing that the order has been delivered but you have not received the item, please let us know as soon as possible.

If the customer chooses to have their order shipped to a shared address such as a business or university, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is signed for by the customer. If this is signed for a third party or another name/person at the delivery address, it is up to the customer to investigate. As per our couriers’ policy, we cannot claim for an item that has been signed for at the delivery address.

PRICING.

All pricing on Manifesthommes.com are given in British Pounds Sterling (£). Please note Manifest.hommes have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

You must pay by Credit/Debit card or Paypal at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

STOCK.

All stock is subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

DELIVERY.

UK.

Our standard deliveries are 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For.

We do not take any responsibility for the item once it's dispatched.  

Orders are expected to get to you within 3-5 working days of your order being despatched. We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 days from the order date. If you require an item quicker than this then please email hello@manifesthommes.com once you've completed your order. 

Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. As we use a signed for service, please choose an address with persons present during the day. 

If the customer chooses to have their order shipped to a shared address such as a business or university, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is signed for by the customer.

If this is signed for a third party or another name/person at the delivery address, it is up to the customer to investigate. As per our couriers’ policy we cannot claim for an item that has been signed for at the delivery address.

EU/REST OF WORLD.

Please understand that there may be some delays due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in certain countries and that we are trying our hardest to make sure all orders arrive promptly.

We post all International Deliveries via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. It can take up to 48 hours to process and prepare an item for international delivery.

Please note that International orders will take up to 5-10 working days, however items can be held up at customs for an additional 7-14 days.

Please note all of our packaging is eco and therefore can be recycled, the box material through to the ink in the stamp. Please respect the efforts of this by keeping the box for your jewellery storage or if you have to please recycle the packaging.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES.

Please note that recipients outside the England will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

RETURNS.

You may only make a return within 14 days of purchase.

Please send all items back to us using a tracked service. Any items sent untracked are at risk of being lost and we cannot accept responsibility in these cases. Shipping costs will not be refunded when products returned for refund.

UK CUSTOMERS.

If for any reason you want to send back any products you have purchased, then please email us at hello@manifesthommes.com. We will then send you the address for the return. 

You are responsible for postage costs for all returns unless agreed otherwise. 

INTERNATIONAL & EU CUSTOMERS.

If for any reason you want to send back any products you have purchased, then please email us at hello@manifesthommes.com. We will then send you the address for the return. 

Should you choose to send an item back using a tracked service, this must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note any loses within the courier network are liable to the customer. Any parcels that are lost on the way to us, we cannot refund.

Products must be in perfect condition when returned.

EXCHANGES.

You may only make an exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. The subsequent exchange item will be returned to you free of charge.

Should you choose to send an item back using a tracked service, this must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at hello@manifesthommes.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card or Paypal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds onto Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.

JEWELLERY CARE.

COVID-19

In light of current events, everybody is being advised to wash your hands regularly - but this doesn't mean you need to stop looking fresh. Over time, Gold Plating will fade if they come in contact with anti-bacterial gel, water and soap regularly. To help your rings out live these unusual times, simply remove them before washing your hands or applying anti-bacterial gel. 

Our jewellery is made with care and we want you to look after it so you can get as much use out of it as possible. Avoid wearing it while exercising, as sweat can take off the coatings and also whilst you are sleeping, as we don’t want you choking or breaking it! We also advise you to avoid wearing it in the shower and getting it wet in general. Once you are done wearing your jewellery for the day, place it back in its Manifest.hommes cushioned box to protect it, ready to wear again the next day.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Manifest.hommes. All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of Manifest.hommes. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. When registering with the site, you have the option not to receive any information from Manifest.hommes. 

JURISDICTION.

This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
